Hotel & Travel | Mid-Year 2027 Assembly

Note: Hotel Reservation Policy Change:

An individual may reserve a MAXIMUM of TWO (2) rooms, within the Mid-Year hotel block.

To provide a fair opportunity to secure hotel accommodations while knowing the extremely high demand for sleeping rooms and the speed at which our room block sells out, this limit is necessary. This limit applies whether reservations are made online or by telephone.

There will be no exceptions to the two-room maximum, so please plan accordingly. Reservation(s) exceeding the two-room maximum will be released and applicable deposit for the additional room(s) will be refunded in accordance with the hotel's procedures.

Note to all Worshipful Masters and Worthy Matrons:

The DEADLINE to book your room through the Committee is Monday, December 28, 2026.

All others: To make your reservations, see the information provided regarding the Hilton Albany.

I have read and understand the Mid-Year 2027 Hotel Reservation Policy above, including the two-room maximum, and acknowledge that reservations exceeding this limit are subject to cancellation. I agree to comply with these terms.

Hotel reservation information will be displayed after you acknowledge and accept the hotel reservation policy.
