Will proof of COVID vaccination be required?

EVERYONE attending either or both, of these events, is required to agree to and accept the COVID Waiver when purchasing tickets for the events. Please visit the Health & Safety Hub for more details.

Who needs to register for the Mid-Year Assembly ?

Every person is required to have a ticket for entry into the Mid-Year Assembly. Each ticket will have a unique QR Code and will be scanned for authenticity. Once that QR Code has been scanned any duplicate ticket will not be allowed entry into the event(s).

How much is parking at the Hotel?

Parking at the Hilton Albany Hotel is $7 per day.  The discounted rate is for guests registered at the Hilton Albany Only.

Tickets to the Grand Master’s Ball are $110.  Everyone attending the Ball MUST purchase a ticket.

  • All Registrants must accept the COVID-19 Waiver before being permitted to attend any events.
  • The deadline to purchase Grand Master’s Ball tickets is Friday, January 12, 2024.

 

How can I register and/or purchase tickets?

Please visit: https://midyear.princehallny.org and follow the registration process.  You will need to use a valid credit card to complete your purchase.

Chapters and Lodges may register their members on the site and choose the option to pay by check when completing the process.  The check must clear before tickets will be released.

Are checks accepted?

Lodge and Chapter checks will be the ONLY checks that are accepted to pay for registrations and Ball tickets. 
Deadline date for payment by check is January 12, 2024.
Personal checks will NOT be accepted.

Can tickets be purchased at the Door?

No.  Onsite ticket sales will not be available for this event.

Can I make partial payment?

No, partial payments for purchases will not be accepted.  Registration and tickets purchases must be paid in full.

If for any reason I cannot attend can my purchase be refunded?

Purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE unless event is cancelled.

What time does seating begin for the Grand Master's Ball?

Seating for the Grand Master’s Ball begins at 7:30 pm.

How will I be notified of my table assignment?

Table assignment for the Grand Master’s Ball will be disclosed on arrival.

How many will be seated at each table

Each table will seat 10 people.

Can tickets be scanned from my cell phone?

Yes – your ticket can be conveniently scanned from your smartphone. To avoid any service issues, please take a screenshot of your ticket QR Code in advance so it can easily be accessed.

Will there be meal options such as vegetarian or vegan?

Yes, please specify your choice when you purchase your ticket to the Grand Master’s Ball.  Attendees will have a choice of a Beef, Chicken, Fish, Vegetarian or Vegan meal during the registration process.
